who is it

Casa de Pães that implemented a new concept in the Metropolitan Region of Belém, mixing varied bakery products and other services such as buffet lunch, complete snack bar, orders and supply for companies.

challenge

Work on brand management in order to lead to its growth and brand extension, privileging consistent movements at the moment and priority investments.

solution

We started the work with a review of strategic guidelines and Point of Sale Communication. We chain activities in stages, in order to organize priorities and activate each innovation with well-established cost and impact criteria. In this process, understanding the brand was the first step to expressing its values. We work in a dynamic of general training of employees and the “activation in 8 hours” of the new point of sale communication. We divide each possibility into projects, taking into account the expected costs and the impact of relevance for the brand, always in line with the values and desired image.
